There is so much to enjoy and explore in Val d'Isère, the mountain village with an international reputation. Its 17th century baroque church, traditional houses, narrow streets and lively café terraces make this a great place to holiday. Val d'Isère is one of the most sought after ski resorts for its cultural resources, its heritage and its scenery.

The Vanoise National Park
An hour and a half from Val d'Isère lies the Vanoise National Park, the first of France's national parks to be created.
